Thomas has appeared in over forty films - including such notable films as: "Malcolm X", "King of New York", "The Negotiator" and "Star Wars" - to name a few.

In addition to Leonard's multi-faceted repertoire, Leonard has been immortalized, (as one of only three African Americans have), as a "Star Wars" action figure, figurine - sold worldwide.
