David left the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 1995. Since then, he has appeared extensively on British television, stage and screen. Notable roles include "Stuart" in two series of ITV's Island (1996) and "Herbert Batty" in Dalziel and Pascoe (1996) for the BBC.
He also made a few appearances on A Touch of Frost (1992).
