Nelson Ascencio is from New York where he trained at The Academy of Dramatic Arts. He is an Actor/Writer best known for his time on MADtv, and more recently as Flavius in The Hunger Games franchise.
In Los Angeles he got involved at the Groundlings Theatre, and since then he continues to write and produce his own material.
